Gloria is operated by Lionsmane Media LLC ("Gloria," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Gloria mobile application, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using Gloria, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Information We Collect
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Authentication is handled through Supabase.
Profile Information. You may choose to provide additional information such as age, pronouns, wellness goals, and preferences to personalize your experience. Providing this information is optional, but some features may not work without it.
Wellness Data You Enter. Gloria allows you to log cycle data, mood entries, journal entries, sleep data, and other wellness information. This data is created by you and stored in your account.
Conversation Data. When you chat with Gloria, the content of your messages — along with relevant context from your profile, memories, and prior conversations — is collected and stored in your account so the AI companion can provide continuity across sessions.
Subscription Data. If you purchase a paid subscription, purchase and transaction data is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Usage and Diagnostic Data. We collect anonymous analytics about how the app is used (such as feature usage, crashes, and performance metrics) to improve the product. This data is not linked to your identity in our analytics systems.
Device Information. We may collect basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and troubleshooting purposes.
How We Store Your Data
Your account data — including profile information, wellness data, conversations, memories, and journal entries — is stored on cloud servers operated by Supabase. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and Supabase provides encryption at rest. Some data may be cached locally on your device for performance, but the authoritative copy lives on our servers.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
Provide the core functionality of the app, including chat, cycle tracking, mood tracking, journaling, and sleep tracking
Personalize your experience based on your profile, preferences, and prior conversations
Process subscription transactions
Improve the app through aggregate analytics
Communicate with you about your account, including security and service notifications
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your conversations or wellness data for advertising.
AI Conversation Processing
To generate responses when you chat with Gloria, your messages and relevant context (such as recent conversation history and memories) are sent through a secure server-side integration to a third-party large language model provider, which processes the request and returns a response. We do not authorize any use of your data by that provider beyond what is necessary to generate responses, and we do not authorize use beyond the scope of the provider's terms or applicable U.S. law. We do not control, and are not responsible for, data handling practices of the provider that occur outside the bounds of those terms.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of third-party service providers to operate Gloria:
Supabase — authentication and cloud database hosting
RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management
Apple App Store — app distribution and payment processing
A third-party large language model provider — AI response generation (described above)
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Your Rights and Choices
Access. You can view your stored data within the app through the Memory Bank and Profile screens.
Export. You can export your data at any time through Settings → Export Data.
Correction. You can update your profile information at any time through the Profile screen.
Deletion. You can delete your account and associated data through Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting us at the email below. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your data from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe. Residual copies may remain in routine backups for a limited period before being overwritten in the normal course of operations.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Gloria is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

2. Description of Service
Gloria is an AI-powered wellness companion designed for women. The app provides cycle tracking, mood tracking, journaling, sleep tracking, and conversational AI support. Gloria is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Not Medical Advice
Gloria's content and AI responses are for informational and wellness purposes only. They are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Gloria offers a free Sample tier and a paid Gloria+ subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform's policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use Gloria for lawful, personal wellness purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute Gloria's software, AI models, or content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, AI models, and materials within Gloria are the property of Lionsmane Media LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gloria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on Gloria's content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for a Gloria subscription in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using Gloria at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Gloria after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
